The 'Hobbit' actor and his much-younger boyfriend have exchanged wedding vows at a register office in Dereham, Norfolk.

Congratulations are in order for Stephen Fry. The 57-year-old actor tied the knot with his partner Elliott Spencer, 27, Saturday, January 17 at a register office in Dereham, Norfolk, near where Fry grew up. The newlyweds shared on Twitter pictures from their civil union.
"Gosh. @ElliottGSpencer and I go into a room as two people, sign a book and leave as one. Amazing," Fry wrote in one photo, and followed it up with another image, "Oh and @ElliottGSpencer and I had our vows witnessed by a mini Oscar Wilde. Because one should. #greencarnations."

Their marriage came after same-sex marriage became legal in England and Wales in March 2014. "Bloody hell it's happened! @ElliottGSpencer has made an honest man of m'col. Love and happiness to all!!" their actor pal Hugh Laurie sent congratulation to the pair.
