Jeremy Felton and his entourage are taken into police custody for attempting to board a flight through the plane's rear door after missing the final boarding call.

AceShowbiz - Jeremih was taken into custody this weekend at the Newark Liberty International Airport. The R&B singer was arrested along with his bouncer Dontate Cunningham and fellow musician Adam Woods for trying to sneak onto a plane after missing the boarding call.

Jeremih and Woods reportedly missed the final call to board the U.S. Air flight to Phoenix on Friday, December 12. Instead of accepting the fact that they're late and asking to be put on the next flight, the duo decided to take matters into their own hands.

The "Birthday Sex" crooner reportedly reached out to Cunningham, who was already on board, to open the plane's rear door which was already closed for takeoff so that he and Woods could get in. But their action didn't go unnoticed by the flight crew.

Authorities were alerted and the three were ultimately arrested. Jeremih and Woods were charged with obstruction of the administration of law and disorderly conduct, while Cunningham was booked for defiant trespass.

The 27-year-old singer whose real name is Jeremy Felton just finished a concert in New York City and was on his way to a gig in Fresno, Calif. when the incident happened. He was supposed to perform with Wiz Khalifa, T-Pain and Baby Bash.
