The 43-year-old actress reveals that she went on a dinner date with the 51-year-old actor following her separation from her husband Will Arnett in 2012.

Amy Poehler opened up to Howard Stern on Monday, October 27 about the time she went on a date with John Stamos after separating from her husband Will Arnett in 2012. Amy recalled, "I remember I was at dinner with John Stamos... handsome men are really something else."
She continued, "I was at a restaurant. We were having dinner and I was like, 'Oh, maybe this is a date!' But I didn't know." Howard then asked Amy how she got into the restaurant and she said the "ER" actor asked her to go with him. Howard then concluded it as a "date."
"I guess, but I blew it," Amy, who was promoting her new memoir "Yes Please", said. She admitted John did not invite her back to his place. "I remember thinking like, 'Oh, s**t. Like, if this is really a date...' I think I was wearing a Leslie Knope shirt. I think I was wearing a shirt from work. I wasn't foxy," she shared.
When asked if she was disappointed, Amy replied, "[Disappointed I] didn't f**k John Stamos? Well I think everything ended up the way it was supposed to end up."
In the interview, the former "Saturday Night Live" star revealed she's not living together with her current boyfriend Nick Kroll. "It's great to not live with somebody," Amy said, "I don't know if I ever want to live with somebody else again."
When asked if Will would get chances to meet Nick, Amy replied, "They know each other. It's all fine."
