Actress Rose McGowan is engaged to get married. A representative for the "Charmed" star confirmed to E! News on Monday, July 22, that McGowan is "happily engaged" to her artist boyfriend Davey Detail.

McGowan and Detail have reportedly been dating for a year. Last week, McGowan was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her ring finger. Wearing a crop sleeveless top and torn jeans, the actress took a stroll with her boyfriend and another friend in West Hollywood. The three stopped by a thrift store "Out of the Closet" during the outing and had a big pink plastic bag full of stuff as the result.

Before dating Detail, McGowan was engaged to rocker Marilyn Manson for two years, but the pair called it quits in 2001. "There is great love, but our lifestyle difference is, unfortunately, even greater," the "Fifty Dead Men Walking" actress said via a publicist at that time. She later dated Robert Rodriguez, director of "Grindhouse" which she starred in. McGowan and the director got engaged in 2007, but they split in 2009.

McGowan recently appeared on ABC's "Once Upon a Time". The actress, whose credits include "Scream" and an episode of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit", will next appear in "The Tell-Tale Heart" which was adapted from Edgar Allan Poe's short story with the same title. The movie will be released in October.
