NBC has announced guest stars for the upcoming series finale of "The Office". Former cast members Mindy Kaling and B.J. Novak, along with Rachael Harris, Dakota Johnson, Joan Cusack, Ed Begley Jr., Malcolm Barrett, Matt Jones, Andy Buckley, Mike Schur and Bobby Ray Shafer, will gather with the current cast members in the farewell episode.
The said episode, which will air Thursday, May 16, will also feature a wedding. "Months after the airing of the documentary, the workers of Dunder Mifflin, past and present, gather for a wedding and a final round of interviews," reads the official synopsis for the outing. "Mysteries are solved, hatchets are buried, pranks are prunked."
Who's getting married remains unknown and will only be revealed when the final episode of the mockumentary series airs. Steve Carell has persistently said that he will not return to pay last visit to the show.
Meanwhile, fans will be able to meet the cast, including John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer, Rainn Wilson and more, at "The Office" wrap party to be held in Scranton, where the series is set, on Saturday, May 4.
