TMZ heard from a law enforcement that Thicke was not at fault because another car cut him off as he was leaving Chateau Marmont. Swerving his wheel, Thicke's black ride hit a parked Volkswagen. The Porsche suffered damage to the front and back end while the Volkswagen was towed away from the scene.
