After her on-and-off relationship with Derek Jeter, Kelly reportedly is enjoying her singlehood and not-serious relationship with Valderrama.

AceShowbiz - Minka Kelly reportedly hooked up with ladies man Wilmer Valderrama over the weekend. The actress, who split from Yankee player Derek Jeter last August, joined Valderrama at the opening of Marquee-Te Star at Star Resort in Sydney, Australia.
Kelly tried to reconcile with Jeter back in December in Paris but that did not work. She is now "single and having a good time," said NY Post's source who then added that she and Jeter "headed in different directions after Paris".
About her new relationship with Valderrama, she reportedly wanted to keep things casual between them. "They are trying to keep it low-profile for now. Nothing serious," a source said. They were also said stuck in separate rooms at the club on Thursday, March 29 to go below the radar.
They were not the only celebrities at the opening party. There were Paris Hilton, Joe Jonas, Kellan Lutz, Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa Minnillo as well as Ashlee Simpson who then left the club with Kelly at 2 A.M. Valderrama reportedly stayed until quite later.
Kelly and Valderrama had been spotted on the same occasion more than once. She was at his birthday party last month and they went out together in Greystone Manor in L.A. earlier this month.
