The Sergeant Epps of 'Transformers' movie series comes back full pledged in the new album due November 1, and is in talks to do a new movie with his 'Baby Boy' co-star Taraji P. Henson.

AceShowbiz - It's been been five years since Tyrese Gibson dropped his last album "Alter Ego" before he delved deeper into acting world. During all those years, he did a lot of blockbuster movies including the three "Transformers" films, but never strayed away from his roots. He was featured on R. Kelly's 2009 song "Pregnant" and did a soundtrack for documentary movie "More Than a Game".

Now, the Machine Gun Joe of "Death Race" is coming back full force with a whole new album called "Open Invitation" which is due in the United States on November 1. "I'm here because you want me to be here. And this album 'Open Invitation', I've never been more proud of anything I've worked on musically," the Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter said in an exclusive interview with AceShowbiz.

The first single "Stay" was made available for purchase in August, and was written based on a relationship he had years ago. "I was in a relationship with this girl and I wasn't making her priority. I did what I had to do to get her love me and like me and get her in a relationship with me and I basically at the time, which was years ago, ... started to focus more on my career," he shared. "So things got extra bad and I was begging her to stay."

The love story was visualized in a beautifully-shot music video which sees Tyrese reuniting with his "Baby Boy" co-star and longtime pal Taraji P. Henson. "I love her [and] she loves me. She's a beautiful person, very humble, funny as hell. Even though it's been ten years [since 'Baby Boy'] you can't really put a timeline between magic," he gushed. "I think she's really special, beautiful and I was honored that she wanted to do my 'Stay' video."

Talking about reunion with Taraji, Tyrese spilled further that he has been in talks with "Baby Boy" director John Singleton to team up with her again in a new movie. The rumor started swirling when "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" actress tweeted about her meeting with the two guys, and it was later confirmed by Tyrese himself. "John singleton is on a mission to get me and Taraji to do it again," he stated.

After getting lovey-dovey with Taraji on "Stay", Tyrese will next be seen partying with Ludacris on his second single "Too Easy". Teasing what to expect from the video, he said, "[It's] a whole another type of video. You would not be able to compare the video at all. There are a lot of energies. We're in the club, we're poppin', we're partyin'." He added with a laugh, "The video gonna look like it cost half a million dollars to do but it was really really wasn't."
