Winners of this year's Teen Choice Awards have been presented with surfboard trophies at a ceremony held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California. Taylor Swift was the big winner with six awards on her hands, but the non-traditional categories also saw Rebecca Black and Robert Pattinson among the winners.

14-year-old Rebecca, who became an internet sensation with her panned-single "Friday", was revealed on Sunday, August 7 as the winner of Choice Web Star. Meanwhile, "Twilight Saga" heartthrob Robert best the likes of Ian Somerhalder and Alexander Skarsgard for the Choice Vampire title.

Grabbing multiple wins on the non-traditional categories was Justin Bieber. The "Baby" hitmaker added his surfboard collection with Choice Twit and Choice Male Hottie. The female counterpart of the latter title, in the meantime, went to his songstress girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

Taylor herself also nabbed a surfboard from a non-traditional category. She denied Lady GaGa, Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Lopez and Vanessa Hudgens from grabbing the title of Choice Red Carpet Fashion Icon. Other winners included Ellen DeGeneres and Shaun White.

Aside from the non-traditional categories, Teen Choice Awards also presented kudos for best performances in music, television and movie. This year, it was opened by the Kardashian sisters and hosted by Kaley Cuoco. Jason Derulo and OneRepublic were among the musical guests.
