Add Stacy Ferguson and Gloria Estefan to the list of contenders for "The X Factor (US)" judges. Simon Cowell has recently confirmed that the Black Eyed Peas singer who is also known as Fergie is being considered to join him on the show.

Meanwhile, Latin singer Estefan raises similar speculation after she showed up unexpectedly at open auditions in Miami. She spent hours mentoring some aspiring singers looking for a spot on the upcoming singing competition.

Cowell said on Thursday, April 7 that he and his team have yet to make a decision. "All I can tell you is that her name was put forward," the music mogul said of Fergie, before adding "But like with a lot of other people we have spoken to, we have to check out everyone's availability. There is lot of time you have to put into this show. It is not a 2 or 3 day a week job."

"We are still having nightly arguments with everyone, trying to get everyone to agree. If you asked everyone involved on this show who they would like on the panel, you would have 25 different opinions," Cowell continued gushing. "It does show publicly our complete and utter indecisiveness."

So far, only Antonio "L.A." Reid who has been confirmed to join Cowell as judges on the U.S. version of "The X Factor". Two spots remain vacant, although the likes of Paula Abdul, Mariah Carey, Jessica Simpson and Nicole Scherzinger have been mentioned among the line-up.
