Dianna Agron and Paris Hilton have pounded the pavement for good cause. On Sunday morning, March 27, the "Glee" actress and the hotel heiress ran at the Tokidoki Youth Relief Run on Santa Monica Beach as they joined Josh Duhamel in his effort to raise money for the relief effort in Japan after it was struck with a devastating earthquake and tsunami.

Before taking part at the event, Dianna shared her excitement with her Twitter followers, writing "#reliefrun today in Santa Monica with @joshduhamel. Who's gonna come chase us??" The 24-year-old followed it up with another posting that read, "Or....who will I be chasing?? Rain or shine, see you there!! #reliefrun."

30-year-old Paris also took to Twitter to share that she was joined by sister Nicky Hilton for the run. After the two mile run along the beach, she tweeted, "Felt so amazing to support Japan today and run in the @JoshDuhamel @Tokidoki #ReliefRun with @NickyHilton @BrookeBrinson and @TheFergie."

Also spotted running for the cause was Josh and his Black Eyed Peas wife Fergie a.k.a. Stacy Ferguson. Fergie, who turned 36 on Sunday, was snapped donning a black tracksuit with hair being tied in a tight ponytail and covering her eyes with dark sunglasses as she ran side-by-side with her actor husband, who also organized the fund raiser.

After the event, Josh tweeted, "We did it! 4,000+ people pack the beach! The youth of LA mobilized & should be proud. All of u that donated should be proud. Much love..JD." The "Transformers" actor has organized a similar run to raise funds for Haiti last year. Money raised from this run will go to the American Red Cross Japan Earthquake and Pacific Relief Fund.
