Responding to Charlie's 100 million dollars lawsuit against him and Warner Bros., the 'Two and a Half Men' executive producer Chuck Lorre calls the accusations 'simply imaginary'.

Charlie Sheen has dropped a $100 million lawsuit against Warner Bros. and "Two and a Half Men" showrunner Chuck Lorre. The troubled actor filed the breach-of-contract suit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, March 10, but Chuck was quick to fire back, saying through his attorney, "The accusations are simply imaginary."
Soon after the lawsuit report made media headlines, lawyer Howard Weitzman issued the following statement, "The allegations in the complaint against Mr. Lorre are as recklessly false and unwarranted as Mr. Sheen's rantings in the media." He added, "This lawsuit is about a fantasy 'lottery' pay-day for Charlie Sheen. Chuck Lorre's concern has been and continues to be about Mr. Sheen's health."
In the suit, Charlie's attorney Marty Singer wrote, "Chuck Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series, 'Two and a Half Men,' in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the series the scapegoat for Lorre's own conduct."
The document further revealed that Charlie is "not only seeking payment for his own compensation for the series, but he is also pursuing claims for the benefit of the entire cast and crew to get paid the balance of the season's 24 episodes." It also accused Warner Bros. of violating Fair Employment and Housing Act rights against harassment and discrimination in employment because of the actor's alleged medical condition.
In the meantime, Charlie has shared his "winning recipes" in a brand new Funny or Die video. Taped on Wednesday morning, March 9, the clip sees the actor wearing a custom-made chef hat with orange tiger stripes as he brags, "Yes, I'm doing a cooking show. Why? Because if you haven't noticed, I'm winning television right now."
He continues to dish, "My plan is to be the first person to have made an appearance on every television network. Just like I was the first person to get 1 million Twitter followers in 24 hours. Like I was the first to build my own rocket ship to Cassiopeia using my mind tools. Here I come, Food Network!" In the end, he leaves viewers with a caution, "Warning: The taste of Charlie Sheen has the potential to cause your soul to weep and forfeit."
