Presenters of 2009 Creative Arts Emmys Unveiled

The awards show that recognizes behind-the-scene talents will put Ashley Tisdale and Seth MacFarlane among others to hand out the prizes.

AceShowbiz - The names that will present Creative Arts Emmy Awards this year have been unveiled in a press release. Ashley Tisdale and "Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane are among them who will hand out prizes to technical and other similar achievements in American television programming this September 12.

In fact, the TV Academy is picking at least one star from various shows to be presenters. Other names are Gabrielle Anwar, Fred Armisen, Carol Burnett, Christian Clemenson, Ted Danson, Lisa Edelstein, Donald Faison, Jerry Ferrara, Johnny Galecki, Nigel Lythgoe, Kathryn Morris, Elisabeth Moss, Sharon Osbourne, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Mary Lynn Rajskub and a few more.

The event, which is annually held one week prior to the Primetime Emmy Awards, will take place at Los Angeles' Nokia Theater. E! will then air the two-hour special on Friday, September 18 at 1/12c. The Primetime Emmys itself is aired live on September 20 at 8/7c by CBS.

Kathy Griffin is to serve as the host of Creative Emmys. Meanwhile, Primetime Emmy Award winner Elaine Stritch will present the prestigious Governors Award to HBO's Sheila Nevins who is the 15th individual to receive this honor since the awards inception in 1978.
