Each collecting four kudos, 'Gossip Girls' and 'Hannah Montana' share dominance in the small screen category at this year's Teen Choice Awards.

AceShowbiz - Which TV shows taking home the surfboards from the 11th Annual Teen Choice Awards have been unveiled with the coming out of the complete winner list. "Gossip Girl" and "Hannah Montana" picked up the most awards on the event, each grabbing four kudos in total.
"Gossip Girl" was voted Choice TV Show: Drama, beating "90210" and "Grey's Anatomy" among others. The CW series, in addition, collected three performers kudos, one Choice TV Actor: Drama for Chace Crawford, one Choice TV Actress: Drama for Leighton Meester and one Choice TV: Villain for Ed Westwick.
"Hannah Montana", in the meantime, collected Choice TV Show: Comedy in addition to Choice TV Actress: Comedy for its star Miley Cyrus. Choice TV: Parental Unit for Billy Ray Cyrus and Choice TV: Sidekick for Emily Osment have also bagged by this Disney Channel's series about an ordinary girl living a double life as pop superstar.
"Gossip Girl" and "Hannah Montana" aside, "American Idol", "J.O.N.A.S!", "Heroes" and "The Hills" were among other multiple winners on the night. "American Idol" and "J.O.N.A.S!" took home three prizes, while "Heroes" and "The Hills" got two surfboards each.
2009 Teen Choice Awards, which is in its 11th year, is hosted by Jonas Brothers. Winners also come from other categories like movie, music and pop culture. Surfboards were handed out Sunday, August 9 in a gala ceremony, but FOX will air it Monday, August 10 at 8/7c.
