As episode two ended with Chuck admiring Blair's wit on getting the blessing of Marcus' stepmother, the forthcoming episode three of "Gossip Girl" promises to bring more drama on the life of the New York City's young socialites. Entitled "Dark Night", it will present the story when Serena and Dan are trapped in an elevator during a blackout.
Stuck in the small space together, the two are forced to deal with their unspoken problems. Meanwhile, Blair will be faced with questions over the lack of passion in her relationship with Marcus. At the same time, Chuck seems to have lost his "passion" for other women aside from Blair.
Nate, on the other hand, struggles with his feelings between two women in his life, Vanessa and Catherine. As for Jenny, her internship at Eleanor Waldorf's studio will be put in serious jeopardy when Eleanor catches her critiquing one of Waldorf's designs.
Based on Cecily von Ziegesar's popular novel series of the same name, "Gossip Girl" has entered its second season on September 1 with the episode called "Summer, Kind of Wonderful". Airing on CW Network every Monday night at 8 P.M., the series stars Blake Lively, Penn Badgley, Leighton Meester, Ed Westwick, Chace Crawford, Jessica Szohr, Taylor Momsen and many others.
