Patrick Dempsey of the hit TV series "Grey's Anatomy" has been named TV's Hottest Gentleman in a TV Guide poll.

AceShowbiz - Not only TV Guide has women, but also men. The popular magazine agrees that Patrick Dempsey, who is famous for his action in the popular TV series "Grey's Anatomy," is TV's Hottest Gentleman. The Dr. McDreamy tops any other hard-to-beat candidates, like Sendhil Ramamurthy who comes 2nd and James Tupper who is chosen the 3rd.
Josh Holloway, who portrays Sawyer on "Lost," is ranked 4th, just one place ahead of Taylor Kitsch of "Friday Night Lights" at No. 5. Shemar Moore, who plays Derek Morgan on "Criminal Minds," is voted the 6th TV's Hottest Gentleman, while Skeet Ulrich is ranked 7th.
In addition to all, Eric Mabius who portrays Daniel Meade on the now famous "Ugly Betty" is ranked 8th. Rounding out the Top 10 is Justin Chambers aka Alex Karev on "Grey's Anatomy" at No. 9 and Dave Annable at No. 10. Get the latest edition of TV Guide on newsstands starting from Thursday March 22nd.
