Britney Spears topped Mr. Blackwell's 46th annual "Worst Dressed" list for wearing clothes that he said made her look like an "over-the-hill Lolita"

Her celebrity status apparently brings Britney Spears not only good things, but also the bad ones. Despite her popularity worldwide, the pop superstar has been chosen as the Worst-Dressed Woman of 2005 according to Mr. Blackwell's 46th annual "Worst Dressed" list. "When it comes to Couture Chaos, this Tacky Terror should take a bow - looks like an over-the-hill Lolita," Mr. Blackwell said about the singer.
On the second place is Mary-Kate Olsen, whose clothes called "bag lady rags" and "depressingly decayed." Jessica Simpson is said "resembles a cut-rate Rapunzel - slingin' hash in a Vegas diner" and is placed at 3rd. The rest of Blackwell's Worst-Dressed Women of 2005 in succession are Eva Longoria, Mariah Carey, Paris Hilton, Anna Nicole Smith, Shakira, Lindsay Lohan, and Renee Zellweger.
