Anna Nicole Smith acts up, but this time she's gone too far. As a result of her over acting, Live 8 organizers decided to sue diet supplement company TrimSpa over the model "intoxicated" appearance at the fund raising event in Philadelphia this summer. Furthermore, the diet firm also is claimed to have failed to pay a $320,000 (£177,800) promotional fee they promised for four commercial spots during the July 2 telecast in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Smith is said was "intoxicated and scantily clad in revealing attire that was totally inappropriate for a broadcast that would be seen by millions of people in the United States and then rebroadcast throughout the world." So the Live 8 lawyers said. Though, Smith's attorney, Howard Stern, insisted that the actress was not intoxicated and her outfit was approved by the event's organizers. He says "We were aware that it might be perceived as revealing ... I was told that she looked beautiful and not to change a thing."

And so the suit is seeking at least $500,000 for damaging the reputation of the international charity event that intended to urge world leaders to do more to aid the poor. To notice, the lawsuit reportedly is filed after Anna Nicole Smith, who has previously confessed she is bisexual, is rumored to have spent a wild night with a barmaid who apparently caught her eye at a charity event.
