Cesar, an apartment building doorman who keeps very close tabs on the residents' private lives and whose only happiness comes from others' misery. One building resident in particular, the cheery, happy-go-lucky Clara (Marta Etura of The Impossible, with Ewan McGregor), makes his skin crawl. He becomes determined to do whatever it takes to wipe the smile off her face.
