Jade writes her own play called "Well Wishes" and wants to perform it at the school, but the school won't let her because they said it's too weird. So Tori decides to help Jade put on the play herself and tries to find a way to pay to produce the play. While eating at Tori's favorite Chinese restaurant, Wok Star, Tori, Andre and Robbie meet the owner Mrs. Lee who is a fan of performing arts. Mrs. Lee shares with them her celebrity wall of the many celebrities who have eaten at her restaurant. She then tells them she is willing to pay for Jade's play. After meeting with Jade and Tori, Mrs. Lee tries to make drastic changes to the script, and then tells Jade to put her daughter in the play (although her daughter is not very good). Jade is upset because she wanted to do the play her way and shares with Tori that she wanted to make her dad proud of her because she thinks he hates her. Tori and her friends then make a plan to keep Mrs. Lee from coming to the opening night by having Andre, Beck, Robbie and Trina distract her at the restaurant, with Trina posing as a celebrity. That way Jade can put on the play the way she meant it to, and so she can impress her dad. The plan goes perfectly and Jade's play was successful, and her dad liked the play.
