The Real World Episode 21.12 Atlantic City, Baby!

Ryan takes a step in the right direction when it comes to healing his mind and body from his last trip to Iraq, but then he gets a letter in the mail saying he has to return overseas.

Ryan is keeping quiet about the news at the Real World house as he figures out how to tell his roommates. First Ryan breaks the news to Chet and then lets the girls know that he'll be leaving for Iraq shortly after their time in Brooklyn.

Some of the roommates look for a new addition to the Brooklyn house and adopt a Yorkshire Terrier named 'Brooklyn.'

JD suggests that the roommates go on a trip to take Ryan's mind off of things and the group decides to head down to Atlantic City. The roommates are surprised with a suite at the Borgata Hotel & Casino.

The roommates hit the casino floor while Devyn decides on some retail therapy since she's too young to gamble. Katelynn, who has had money troubles, decides to play the tables and then JD wins a few thousand dollars.

Chet and Ryan visit Devyn up in the hotel room and Chet pulls the sheets off a sleeping Devyn not knowing that she was in her underwear. Then the roommates decide to go for some massages as Scott continues to keep quiet about Katelynn gambling away his money.

The roommates head back to Brooklyn as Ryan starts to prepare for his return to Iraq. The roommates create a special gift for Ryan and write special messages for him in a journal for him to bring overseas.

With a new journal to start the next chapter of his life with, Ryan has still yet to tell his girlfriend Belle about being called back into the military.
