Jenna throws a fancy party to celebrate both her birthday and the fact that her vision has been restored. Paige shows up and drinks from Emily's flask that she has "that night." Shortly thereafter, Paige is noticeable affected and even gets into a fight with Jenna. She falls and hits her head, which causes her to go to the hospital for stitches. There, the doctors test her blood and find out she was drugged with sleeping pills! Emily realizes it must have come from her flask.
Elsewhere, Aria discovers Lucas has been working with a local photographer, taking advantage of her materials at her studio which alerts the Little Liars that he could be involved with the countless photos found in their car. Aria goes to Jenna's party (where the local photographer is taking photos for the evening) and offers to lend a hand when there are problems with the equipment. Aria heads to the photographer's studio and finds Lucas' camera -- and sleeping pills in one of his film canisters!
Meanwhile, Spencer learns that Garrett is being temporarily released from prison to visit his ill mother in the hospital. She decides to spy on Garrett, convinced that he's up to no good.
