It's Truth-Up Day at Rosewood High and all the students are required to attend training about bullying. Everyone is split up into groups and one by one, truths are exposed. Kate and Hanna's feud is brought to new heights when it is revealed that "A" didn't send that naked picture of Kate from Hanna's phone. Instead, after noticing Kate's birthmark (which was missing in the photo), Hanna realized that Kate actually distributed the photo-shopped picture herself!
Elsewhere, Jason is back in town and wants to speak to Spencer's dad. When he finds out the Hastings are supposed to be at Truth-Up Day, he agrees to chaperone as well. But when Jason gets upset after Mr. Hastings doesn't show up, Spencer starts to put the pieces together – thanks in large part to an Ali flashback. And it's revealed that Jason is Spencer's brother!
Meanwhile, Mona helps Emily get back on the swim team. Aria wants answers after she sees pills fall out of Holden's book bag. He assures her it's not what she's thinking. Later, after he comes to her rescue on the roof, Aria is more curious than ever about Holden's mysterious bruise. And Ella, Ashley and Veronica all worry that something is going on with their daughters.
Plus, the Little Liars continue along the mysterious trail of Vivian Darkbloom.
