Synopsis
ÂTony, working on special assignment from SecNav, is discovered shot with blood on the scene. Gibbs informs Tony that he shot an NCIS agent but, unfortunately, Tony has no memory of that night. While Tony tries to regain his memory, the team works to figure out what Tony's special assignment actually is, fearing he may have been the actual target in the shooting and the killer is still out there.
