Molly is frantic getting ready for Christmas, buying gifts she can't afford to please everyone. She's also struggling because this year they've agreed that she and Mike will be spending Christmas with Pat (Mike's boss, Gerald McRaney) and Peggy. Peggy decides to follow all of Pat's family traditions (like going to midnight Mass etc) and that makes Mike and Molly really uncomfortable. In the end, Molly finds more meaning to the holiday. Harry shows up with a karaoke machine Molly wanted to get for Victoria, but Molly isn't around to pay him for it so he decides to give it to Victoria himself, hoping to impress her. Also, Vince buys a toupee to spice things up with Joyce.
