While getting ready in the morning, Wendy checks in with Nico to schedule lunch for later that day. She had made sure to keep Nico occupied at every meal since Charles' passing, but Nico assures her that although she appreciates it, she's ok. At Victory's new store location, she and Joe are meeting with Joe's go-to contractor. Victory tries to voice her opinion, but she isn't heard. Joe continues to insert himself into the day-to-day operations of Victory's business, which is exactly what she's trying to avoid!

While in her office, Nico is rudely interrupted by Charles' pregnant mistress, who has come to demand that she be financially taken care of in the way Charles had been providing before his passing. After a heated exchange, Nico shows Megan the door. In the Parador Offices, Wendy is conducting a production meeting for their new John Lennon movie, starring a good friend of hers who has apparently been a no-show to his wardrobe fittings.

Victory is on the phone with her assistant Roy, who has written down the incorrect address for a meeting. While standing at the wrong location, Victory runs into a contractor working on a building renovation. While she makes a few phone calls to reschedule the meeting, Rodrigo the contractor, who seems to be taken by Victory, purchases a few hotdogs for a quick lunch. While they're chatting, he proposes a few ideas for her store, which she loves. She hires him on the spot.

At home, Nico is making dinner when her doorbell rings; it's Kirby. She invites him in. They make dinner, laugh and simply enjoy a lovely evening together catching up. Wendy is out late to meet with Noah, the star of her John Lennon project, because she's worried he is back on drugs. She tells him to get clean. Noah avoids the conversation, but Wendy tells him that she will push production while he gets into rehab.

Wendy speaks with Shane in the morning about her growing concern over Noah. At the office, she fills Sal in on her meeting with Noah, telling him that he just needs some time to lose a little weight and get in shape. Sal doesn't seem to buy Wendy's story. Over at Victory's, the girls are enjoying a midday break to attend a jewelry party. Nico is quick to pick up a few extravagant pieces for herself.

Back at Victory's store, her new contractor Rodrigo is on the job. He asks her to head to a late night flea market with him to find a few special pieces for the store. Joe, a little jealous, makes a few jabs at Victory as she leaves. Later that night, Nico meets Kirby at a club to listen to a band, but it turns out there's a twist; it's theme night at the club - "Swap-A-Palooza." When the gongs hit, clothes come off and you switch with others. Despite Nico's initial hesitation, she ends up completely immersed in the swap process.

Victory and Rodrigo visit the flea market to find some unique pieces for her store and afterwards, they enjoy a meal together. Back at the club, Nico and Kirby find a private area outside to reconnect. The next day, at the Parador offices, Noah's wife pays Wendy a visit to let her know that he's not on drugs, he's sick; he has a brain tumor. The doctors have given him a little over a year to live, but his wife lets her know that he has to be in this movie and begs Wendy to push it through.

Victory is spending time with Nico in her office when Roy calls her about an appointment on her calendar that he had previously forgotten to tell her about. Roy seems to be dropping the ball a bit, and Victory is uncertain why. She then fills Nico in on her budding romance with Rodrigo. In her office, Wendy forges Noah's medical and insurance documents so he can start work on the movie.

Nico meets Kirby in the park. They catch up on their crazy evening from the night before. Nico reflects on what she gave up to be with Charles and how being with Kirby gets some of that back for her. Victory watches surveillance tapes from her store - at first she thinks the person in them is Rodrigo, but she quickly realizes its Roy, and he's been living in her new store.

Roy finally opens up to Victory, letting her know that he and his boyfriend had a falling out. He is broke and can't afford to pay his rent, so he was evicted. He has been living at the new store location ever since she signed the lease. Victory promises to help Roy any way she can.

Realizing that she has a lot more in common with Megan than she had initially thought, Nico meets with Megan to hand her a check and let her know that she set up a trust for the baby. Back at Parador, Wendy confides to Sal that she forged the medical records for Noah. Sal gives her some words of warning, but Wendy asks him to forget the conversation altogether and keep the information to himself.

Victory waits in the park for Joe, who is out on a run, to let him know that she'll need the second floor of her new store after all, so Roy can live there. Joe can't understand her willingness to go into more debt in order to help her assistant, but he says he'll financially back it. Back at her store, Victory checks in with Rodrigo. She makes a bold move and asks him out on an official date. He happily accepts.

Nico takes time at home to pack up Charles' clothes and take down pictures. Then, she removes her wedding ring and gently places it aside, knowing that she will be ok.
