Law & Order: Criminal Intent Episode 2.19 Cherry Red

Detectives Goren and Eames investigate the case of an elderly woman who had died mysteriously in a fire.

The apparent accident takes a turn when Goren and Eames learn the victim bequeaths some of her estate to a young woman, who is subsequently murdered. Further evidence leads them to a shady state public administrator with a weakness for expensive vintage cars who has re-invented the concept of grave-robbing, but when forensic tests rule him out at the crime scene, they are left without a suspect.

Then Goren connects a few dots, but to make the case succeed in court, he follows his instincts to extract a confession from the main suspect.
