Luanne struggles with her scholastic endeavors at the local community college, and looks for another career path to follow. Although her first attempt at beauty school was a failure, she returns again to see if she has what it takes. With the support of Bill, a former barber himself, she returns to beauty school and passes her state board examines.
The quest to beautify Arlen continues when Luanne lands a job at Hottyz, the local beauty hot spot. Luanne and Bill team up together to become the hottest haircutting duo in town. Bill, now B-Do, must break out his favorite thong and pretend to be gay, while Luanne brings new sex appeal to the shop. With their new identities, the clients come flooding in waiting for new, fabulous looks. Bill, or B-Do, is slicker than ever with the women until he accidentally reveals his true straight identity to a client. B-Do is sent packing from Hottyz while Luanne stays at the shop, cutting her ties with her trimming teammate.
Hank knocks some sense into Luanne and reminds her that Bill helped her get her start in the beauty world. Luanne, feeling guilty for the way she treats Bill, leaves the sizzle of Hottyz for a job at Jack's (a not-so-cool barber shop) so that she can partner up with Bill once again.
