Additional Cast

Hank considers suing for sexual harassment when Rich, a new employee at Strickland Propane's use of sexual innuendo and vulgarity adversely affects his work performance. Hank is worried about his reputation if he sues however, and attempts to enlist another employee, Enrique, to join his cause when he realizes he is not the only person uncomfortable with the new work environment.

Fear of Rich's jokes and vulgar barbs prevent Enrique from joining Hank. When the entire office becomes paralyzed with fear, however, with the employees literally afraid to leave their seats for fear of "ass tag," Hank physically attacks Rich, washing his mouth out with soap. When Buck walks in on the mayhem, Hank issues him an ultimatum - Hank or Rich - with Buck revealing that he too is tired of the new office politics, but was afraid to be seen as the stuffy old boss. Meanwhile, Dale turns to chewing tobacco to quell his need for nicotine after giving up smoking.
