Bill begins trying to attract birds after Peggy organizes a bird society, by laying out food in everyone's yard. When pigeons begin to flock to Bill's yard as well as all the neighbors, Dale is called in to exterminate but can't get rid of them.
Dale must go to the pigeon god, Sheila, a female exterminator from town. Sheila, who coincidentally looks like Dale's wife Nancy, tries to teach Dale how to exterminate the pigeons a la Tin Cup.
Nancy becomes concerned that Dale may fall for Sheila in order to get back at him for her 15 years of cheating so she offers to help Dale with work to keep them closer together. Sheila invites Dale on an overnight exterminating job and attempts to seduce him, but Dale is completely oblivious to Sheila's intentions - he idolizes her and just enjoys having someone to discuss exterminating with.
On the job however, Dale soon figures out what is going on and tries to let Sheila down easy. Meanwhile, Luanne asks Hank to be her designated driver now that she is turning 21, but when he accidentally gets drunk they're forced to take a cab home.
