Bobby convinces the student council to put on a carnival, and he's put in charge of it. But a dour so-called "diversity expert" comes to school and nearly puts the kibosh on Bobby's plan. However, thanks to Hank, Peggy, Kahn and Minh, the carnival commenced without any problem. Meanwhile, Dale, Bill and Boomhauer try to get Lucky to a hospital when he got injured but the problem is that Lucky does not want to go to a hospital.
