Synopsis

Chuck (Ed Westwick) and Blair (Leighton Meester) are faced with the most difficult decision they have ever faced as a couple. Serena (Blake Lively) plans a surprise birthday party for Nate (Chace Crawford), but Jenny (Taylor Momsen) does her best to sabotage Serenas's efforts.
