President Navarro and his Cabinet review Haroon Raja's demands with Walter, who has just arrived in New Delhi. Kendra attempts to get her boss into a waiting ambulance before his bladder explodes, but Walter refuses because he needs to speak to the Indian foreign minister first. After his call with the president, Walter calls Alex, still in Ambassador Kittredge's office, to explain that Raja can have all but the nuclear sub. It's up to Alex to negotiate the deal.

Aboard the airship, Zeke talks through his "lady troubles" with Jammer, after realizing that his ex-wife might have thought his offer to move them to L.A. was an attempt at reconciliation. Though Zeke tries to talk himself into believing he can keep his double-life a secret, he realizes his only choice is to fess up to both women.

After being directed by Walter to secure a duffle bag of cash from a man in mysterious room 304-A, Alex and Rafiq attempt to leave the embassy and figure out how to get in contact with Raja. However, Alex is apprehended in the elevator by two men sent by Ambassador Kittredge. They've been tasked with transferring him to Baghdad.

Walter, sweating bullets and whimpering in pain, finally meets with Indian Foreign Minister Rakesh Pandit. Rakesh refuses to withdraw his troops from the Kashmir border, as he does not trust Pakistan to keep its word. While the two men pose for a photo op, Walter suggests that he stay in New Delhi and act as a "human shield" until Raja assumes power. That way, should Zaman decide to take out New Delhi, he'll have to kill the U.S. Secretary of State, too. Rakesh agrees to take the offer to the prime minister.

While doing armed recon over the Kashmir border, Jammer talks Zeke through his romantic conundrum. He points out that Zeke is still in love with his ex-wife - a startling revelation that hits home just as their jet comes under attack. When Jammer sees that they've been hit and a wing is on fire, the two men are forced to eject from the plane.

Walter is prepped for surgery at a local hospital, and Kendra takes a call from his wife Joanne. She's calling to tell Walter that she's been confirmed as the Department of Defense general counsel - news she wants Kendra to pass along the moment her husband wakes up.

En route to Baghdad, the embassy car is hit head-on in the crowded Islamabad streets, deploying both airbags. With his guards otherwise distracted, Alex escapes from the car. When he finally gets access to a telephone, Alex calls Rafiq, hoping that the ISI is monitoring the phone line as it did the fax machine. Rolling his eyes, Rafiq reminds Alex that the ISI is "not the NSA", but another voice cuts in with a message for Alex. Raja and his entourage will meet him at Rafiq's home in 40 minutes, or "fifty, if there's traffic".

After Walter wakes up from surgery, he insists they head to Tel Aviv before Sec Def Pierce arrives and starts World War III. President Navarro calls and demands that Walter to stay in New Delhi, but despite having agreed to stay behind, Walter gets on the plane.

Zeke and Jammer touch down in the Pakistani countryside, in a field riddled with landmines. After safely reuniting, the two men look up from their embrace to see two men pointing automatic weapons right at them.

Alex returns to Rafiq's family home to meet with Raja, who is pleasantly surprised to learn he got into Augusta National. "That is the insane thing I push for, but then reluctantly give up in favor of what would actually break this deal", he says with an edge, prompting Alex to "give" him the nuclear sub Walter said was off the table. The two men shake hands as Raja explains he's worked hard to earn his brother's trust, and that Alex can tell Walter there will be a new Pakistani regime within 24 hours.
