AceShowbiz - Megan Fox opens up about her relationship status with Machine Gun Kelly. During her appearance on "Call Her Daddy" podcast in its Wednesday, March 20 episode, the actress confirmed that she called off her engagement to the rocker.
Host Alex Cooper pointed out that Megan and MGK "got engaged, then I think it was called off." In response, Megan admitted, "All those things you said were accurate things that have occurred." She added, "I could see them being confusing, or interesting to people, and them being like, 'What's up?' "
"I think that what I've learned from being in this relationship is that it's not for public consumption," the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" actress said. "I think, as of now, I don't have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se. What I can say is [he] is what I refer to as being my 'twin soul' and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what."
She went on to say, "I can't say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I'm not willing to explain."
The "Jennifer's Body" star and the "Bloody Valentine" singer first announced their engagement in January 2022. The couple sparked breakup rumors in February 2023 when the "Pretty Boys Are Poisonous" author wiped off all their photos together on Instagram. She also shared a cryptic post quoting Beyonce Knowles' "Lemonade" track, "Pray You Catch Me".
In the same podcast interview, Megan additionally talked about MGK's new full-torso tattoo. She explained that he had "a really special story" behind his tattoo, which he will share himself. Megan further noted that MGK, born Colson Baker, wanted to remove the memories they represented because he had a conflicted relationship with his previous tattoos.
