Police officials have reportedly cited the unsafe left turn made by April Love Geary on State Route 1 as the cause of the collision that sent another car flying off the side of the road.

AceShowbiz - Robin Thicke's fiancee was at fault when the couple's car collided with another vehicle on Saturday, September 7, police officials have ruled.

April Love Geary, 24, was at the wheel when the car collided with another vehicle on the California State Route 1 in Malibu, California. Sources told TMZ the other vehicle was "nearly tipped on its side."

Law enforcement sources have since told the publication the "Blurred Lines" hitmaker's fiancee made an unsafe left turn, which has been cited as the cause of the accident.

They added the couple's car hit the passenger side of the BMW, which was being driven by "younger people," and the impact was so hard it sent the vehicle flying off the side of the road.

April won't be cited for the traffic violation - however it's unclear if the victims, or officials from their insurance company, will sue her for the crash.

There were no major injuries and no one was transported to a hospital following the collision. A video taken from the site shows Robin, 42, picking up car parts off the road and attempting to direct traffic away from the accident, after he walked over to the other party to check the passengers were safe.
