AceShowbiz - Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is cherishing every moment he has with his young daughters before they grow up. On Thursday, December 27, the "Skyscraper" star took to Instagram to express how much he wanted to make the most of every moment with them before they don't want his hugs anymore.
Voicing most parents' worry that their children grow up too fast, the 46-year-old actor uploaded a photo of himself carrying Jasmine and Tiana in front of a Christmas tree. "Daddy's arms," he wrote in the caption. "I ain't gonna be able to hold 'em like this forever, so you better believe I snatch these cookies and love 'em up every moment I can."
"Plus, I know there's gonna come a day where in daddy's arms is the last place they want to be. Baby Tiana Gia is already there with the 'help me' look on her face," the former WWE champion continued. "Can't guarantee I’ll love and protect all my daughters for the rest of their lives, but I can guarantee I will for the rest of mine."
On Christmas day, the "Furious 7" actor also shared another intimate moment with Jasmine through an Instagram video. He captured the moment his 2-year-old daughter screeching in glee over her Christmas gifts. "Kinda like heaven I guess," he explained in the caption. "This moment of carrying Jazzy downstairs as she sees her toys for the first time that Santa left her is truly one of my greatest joys."
The Rock went on to recall being left fascinated when he saw the children's awed expression in "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", so he wanted his to feel the same way. "Now years later, I (very selfishly) try and create that feeling with children and people anytime I can," he penned. "Simply put, I live for movements like this and I’m one lucky SOB to make them happen."
The Mitch Buchannon of 2017's "Baywatch" has never been shy of gushing about his children. Back in July, he shared his experience babysitting his then-2-month-old daughter, Tiana, with Entertainment Today. "The cutest thing is when I hold her," he gushed, before quipping, "And then she throws up on me and cute things like that. Poos, beautiful!"
