Brian Hickerson responds to reports which claim that the 'Nashville' actress' friends and family are worried about her relationship with Brian, insisting 'Hayden is happy and healthy.'

AceShowbiz - Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend Brian Hickerson has spoken up amid rumors about their allegedly unhealthy relationship. After reports emerged that the "Heroes" alum's family and friends are worried about her romance with the aspiring actor, Brian has set things straight.
"Just to be clear, Hayden's friends and family are not worried about her at all. Hayden is happy and healthy and so is our relationship," he tells Access. Refusing to divulge the details, he ends his statement as saying, "That is all I will comment on so please respect my privacy. Have a great day."
Previously, Us Weekly came with a report saying that those close to Hayden worry her relationship with Brian "is not a healthy situation." This was fueled by a recent incident involving Brian and his father David Hickerson during the couple's trip to Brian's native South Carolina.
The 28-year-old hunk and his father reportedly got into an altercation at the Greenville property in late October. Police were called on a claim of assault and battery at the house, where cops witnessed Brian apparently chasing his father through the house.
Brian was placed in handcuffs while the officers investigated the incident, but he was reportedly uncooperative. David, who was noted to have severe bruising and bleeding on his face, allegedly played down the clash by insisting he had just fallen. Authorities also spoke to Hayden, who admitted that the incident took place after she and David had been drinking.
Earlier that month, Life & Style magazine reported that Hayden's family and friends were worried that her new beau would only encourage her toxic behavior. The 29-year-old actress started dating the realtor in August, shortly after she split from longtime boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko.
"Wladimir was a calming influence on her. Now that he's not in the picture, she seems to be losing control," a source told the magazine. "Hayden's been drinking too much and acting out" since she's seeing Brian, according to the source.
