'Star Trek: Discovery' star Anthon Rapp is accusing the Oscar winner of making a sexual advance toward him in 1986, saying that Spacey picked him up, placed him on a bed and climbed on top of him.

AceShowbiz - "Star Trek: Discovery" actor Anthony Rapp is accusing Kevin Spacey of making a sexual advance toward him when he was 14. Rapp admitted to BuzzFeed News that women speaking out about sexual misconduct in the entertainment industry has compelled him to come forward about the Oscar-winning actor.
Rapp said he and Spacey met in 1986 when they both appeared in Broadway shows (Rapp in "Precious Sons" and Spacey in "Long Day's Journey Into Night"). Rapp revealed that one night, Spacey invited him to his apartment for a party. Later, Rapp said, he felt bored and then watched TV in Spacey's bedroom when he realized he was the only one left in the apartment with Spacey.
"My memory was that I thought, 'Oh, everybody's gone. Well, yeah, I should probably go home,' " the Lieutenant Paul Stamets depicter said. He recalled the "Baby Driver" actor, who was 26 at the time, then appeared and "sort of stood in the doorway, kind of swaying. My impression when he came in the room was that he was drunk."
Rapp didn't remember Spacey saying anything to him. Instead, Rapp said that Spacey picked him up, placed him on a bed and climbed on top of him. "He was trying to seduce me," Rapp told the outlet. "I don't know if I would have used that language. But I was aware that he was trying to get with me sexually."
Rapp added Spacey was holding him down while tightening his grip on Rapp, who was finally able to get away after some time. "It was a frozen moment," Rapp said. "In terms of fight or flight or freeze, I tend to freeze." The 46-year-old actor said he then went into the bathroom and closed the door.
"I was like, 'What is happening?' " he recalled. "I saw on the counter next to the sink a picture of him having his arm around a man. So I think on some level I was like, 'Oh. He's gay. I guess.' Then I opened the door, and I was like, 'OK, I'm going to go home now.' He followed me to the front door of the apartment, and as I opened the door to leave, he was leaning on the front door[frame]. And he was like, 'Are you sure you wanna go?' I said, 'Yes, good night,' and then I did leave."
Rapp said he feels lucky that nothing more happened, but is still in disbelief that he had to experience that kind of thing at the age of 14. He said he thought about reaching out to Spacey in the following day, but ultimately decided not to. He also never told his mother about the incident, as he thought it would have meant a larger discussion about his own sexual orientation at 14, and he wasn't ready to do that.
Spacey has yet to comment on the allegation against him. BuzzFeed News noted in its story that "representatives for Spacey, now 58, did not respond to numerous phone calls, emails and a letter detailing the allegations."
