AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian has apparently returned to Lamar Odom's bedside after she was spotted at the Houston Rockets' home opener for 2015-2016 NBA season to support James Harden a few days ago. The 31-year-old reality TV star tweeted on Saturday, October 31 a Halloween snap from an apparent hospital room.
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star posted a snap of a pumpkin candy holder on a table in a room which appeared to have medical equipment. Khloe simply captioned it, "Happy Hallowen," alongside pumpkin emojis.

On the following day, Khloe apologized to her fans on Twitter for her social media hiatus. She also announced that she would start live streaming again. "Sorry for being MIA recently. I'll start live streaming again this coming week. I hope you dolls are having a great weekend. Miss you guys," she tweeted.
Following her tweet, Khloe warmly replied a lot of her fans' tweets. She mostly thanked them for their support and understanding about her social media hiatus. To her fan club's Twitter account @KenLuvsKoko who wrote, "Yes we miss talking to you girl," Khloe replied, "I'm here love. Just need to take care of some other things. I'll be back. I see everything though. Xo." She then invited her fans to watch "Keeping Up: The Kardashians Rewind" and "Dash Dolls".
In the meantime, Lamar's closest friends and family were reportedly upset at Khloe for ditching him for James' basketball game, and thought that she's insincere about caring for the former NBA star. "Khloe's trip to see James was a slap in the face to Lamar," said a source. "She clearly isn't concerned about Lamar if she's off with her boyfriend, who she has always been in contact with while Lamar professed his love to her."
