AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian apparently wants to make it clear that her romance with boyfriend James Harden remains intact. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star left for Houston on Wednesday, October 28 to support the 26-year-old athlete during Houston Rockets' home opener for 2015-2016 NBA season while Lamar Odom remains hospitalized.
The 31-year-old reality TV star cheered her beau from a suite at the Toyota Center. Though Khloe managed to travel unnoticed, some spectators could notice her at the venue. AP sports writer Kristie Rieken wrote on Twitter, "Just as an FYI Khloe Kardashian was in Houston tonight for Rockets' opener. #rockets #KhloeKardashian."
While Khloe was in Houston, Lamar's condition was reportedly getting better. According to PEOPLE, the former Los Angeles Lakers basketball star was no longer in the ICU. However, he's still receiving dialysis. A source told the news outlet that he underwent daily therapy and had regained some of the gross motor functions which previously lost after his recent strokes.
Of Lamar's progress following the therapy, the source explained, "After therapy, he is able to take a few steps with help. He is doing very well and continues to be a fighter. He hasn't given up once, and this will really help him in the future." Nevertheless, the source noted, "He still has a long way to go."
Khloe previously told the news outlet that she's not back with Lamar despite divorce withdrawal. "For medical decisions and a ton of other things, it's just smarter that it's put on hold. But that does not mean I'm back with Lamar. It's not even in our brains to think about us having a relationship. Only time will tell," she said. Another report claimed that she's still dating James while staying on Lamar's bedside.
