A judge has ruled that Royalty will be splitting her time with her parents 50-50 every four days in their respective Los Angeles homes.

AceShowbiz - Chris Brown finally wins joint custody of one-year-old daughter Royalty, whom he has with former fling Nia Guzman. A Houston judge ruled strongly in Chris' favor during a court hearing on Friday, September 11 that the rapper and his baby mama are to share equal time with their child.

Now that Chris and Nia have been given split custodial rights, Royalty will be splitting her time with her parents 50-50 every four days in their respective Los Angeles homes. Chris, moreover, was ordered to pay $2,500 a month in child support, which is what he's already paying, which was far less than the $15,000 a month that Nia had sought.

As for Nia, she has been ordered not to discuss the details of the court case on social media. Besides, she was warned to not to publicly defame Chris.

Back in July this year, Chris filed paternity documents to fight over Royalty's support and custody after he claimed that Nia was denying him legal rights to see the little girl. Besides, he also wanted the judge to make financial arrangement regarding the child's support so that they will share fair amount to support Royalty.
