Besides the trespassing charge, the woman was also prohibited from getting within 150 yards of Smith's Calabasas home as well as the actor and his family members.

AceShowbiz - A Virginia woman was charged after breaking into Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith's home in Calabasas, California. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said in a press release on Monday, June 22 that the woman was charged with trespassing after pleading no contest to the charge.

According to police, the incident happened back on March 21 when Will, his wife and their two children Jaden Smith and Willow Smith were not at home. The woman, Ariel Archer, was found inside the kitchen of the family's house by a housekeeper. When police arrived at the home, Ariel initially refused to leave.

She was later arrested and charged for trespassing and refusing to leave private property. The woman was sentenced to three years of summary probation. She was also prohibited from getting within 150 yards of Will's residence as well as the actor himself and all his family members.

Will isn't the only star who became a victim of home intrusion. Last month, Chris Brown experienced the same scary incident when he found a naked woman lying on his bed. She reportedly had stayed inside Chris' house for several days. The intruder was later charged with three felonies.
