The 'Inside Amy Schumer' star talks her intentional red-carpet fall at Time 100 gala and recalls Kanye's reaction to her stunt.

AceShowbiz - Amy Schumer discusses the stunt she pulled in front of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on the red carpet of Time 100 gala in April. Speaking to Graham Norton on his show, the "Inside Amy Schumer" star says she thought it would be funny to give paparazzi a break from their obsession with the couple.
"All the reporters were going crazy and it was Kim and Kanye, just standing there, owning it, being short and important," the actress/comedienne recalls. "It's like being at a party and there's a hotter girl behind you." She adds, "I think falling is the funniest thing, so I took a dive in front of them."
Before intentionally falling face-first at Kimye's feet, Schumer asked her publicist first. "I asked my publicist, 'Can I dive in front of them and act like I fell?' And she said, 'I can't stop you'," she remembers. So, she decided to go for it. The couple, especially the rapper, was not amused though. "He did not crack a smile at any point," Schumer says.
When meeting the couple later inside the gala, she admits she rambled. "You know when you're in front of a celebrity?" she explains. "I become such a flake, I was just saying things I don't mean." She adds, "I talked to them after and I said to Kim, 'You and your sisters are so inspiring. Are you hiring at Dash?' And Kanye was smiling at me like almost as if you program a robot to smile."
