Scott is set to portray the father, "a workaholic and rather absent dad who has to step up for his family." As for Collette, she will be playing the wife who "pretends everything is perfect with her family via her elaborate meals but will also have to dig deep to protect her family."

In addition to Scott and Collette, it has been confirmed that Allison Tolman and Emjay Anthony are on board starring in the film. Tolman is set to act as Collette's sister-in-law, while Anthony will be playing the son.
