AceShowbiz - Rumor has it, Niall Horan is romancing new leading lady Samantha Jade, who served as the opening act for his band One Direction's "On the Road Again" tour in Australia. New Idea magazine reported the two have been secretly dating over the last few weeks.
A source told the publication that 27-year-old Australian singer Samantha has pleaded Niall to make their love relationship public. "Samantha [went on a few dates] with Niall while the tour's been on...She kept asking him to make it public," the source claimed.
Still according to the source, both Niall and Samantha enjoyed several clandestine dates before One Direction left for Japan over the weekend. While neither stars has addressed the mounting dating reports, Samantha posted on her Instagram a photo of her and Nial alongside his bandmates. "Such a fun time touring with these superstars ! Thanks for having me :) #1D #OTRA", so she captioned the snap.
Becoming the object of dating rumors, in fact, isn't something new for Niall Horan. The 21-year-old pop star was recently linked to Australian model, Melissa Whitelaw. Melissa herself has denied the rumors, explaining on Twitter, "I'm not dating anyone! I'm accompanying niall on the australian tour because i'm from Australia and we're good friends. It's weird being on twitter and see 'Niall and Melissa' or anything, I'm not that kind of person. Anyways thank you! x."
