The 34-year-old reality star says she is documenting her battle to conceive a second child on the upcoming season of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' to help other women.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian opened up about her struggle to get pregnant with second child at the E! International Press Junket in Los Angeles on Friday, January 9. Kim told Daily Mail that she's documenting her battle on the tenth season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians".
"It's been more challenging to get pregnant the second time around," Kanye West's wife, who gave birth to her first daughter North West in June 2013, shared, "When you're not planning it, it happens. It's just how God works. And when you want it so bad, it's not happening."
During the interview, Kim also set the record straight about rumors that she was jealous of her sister Kendall Jenner's successful modeling career. The rumors emerged following her remarks in the teaser clip of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians". She said, "I'm not buying her shoes, I bought her a f***ing career."
Kim told the site, "That was not about Kendall. It hurt me when people thought I would say that about her... I'm her biggest cheerleader - we talk all the time. She does ask Kanye for advice and I do think he has been influential in helping her and guiding her with decisions. We're family, that's what we are here for. She works so hard, it's all her."
When asked whom she was referring to at that time, Kim said she was talking about Kourtney Kardashian. "Kourtney was being a little difficult with me," she explained, refusing to give further details and only saying, "You'll see."
