Adams, who is reprising her role as Lois Lane, dismisses the idea that her character and Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman will fight for Batman's affection.

AceShowbiz - Amy Adams has shared some details about the highly anticipated "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice". Speaking at the press junket for Tim Burton's "Big Eyes", the actress who is reprising her role as Lois Lane in the DC movie shared what would happen to her character in the upcoming movie which is set for release on March 25, 2016.

"It's exciting to get to bring in all these other characters and I was really excited that Gal (Gadot) was involved, because it was a nice to have another girl on set, even if we don't work together a lot, it was nice to have her there," she told Coming Soon of working with Gal Gadot who plays Wonder Woman.

When asked if the two women would fight for Batman's affection, Adams dismissed the idea. "They always think that if you put in another woman and automatically... 'Catfight!' No, I think that's a male fantasy thing. I don't think that's reality," she explained. "I don't know how it will turn out, if we're going to be competition, but we are not in this, I can safely say, and we're not in real life. She's just the coolest girl ever."

In addition to Adams and Gadot, "Batman v Superman" sees Henry Cavill reprising his role as Batman and Ben Affleck playing the Caped Crusader. Jesse Eisenberg, meanwhile, will play Lex Luthor in the Zack Snyder-directed movie.

In related news, Warner Bros. apparently is now searching for another actor to play the younger version of Affleck's Bruce Wayne. According to OneHeadlightInk, Midthunder Casting is looking for a 12-year-old boy for the role and a 10-year-old boy for another role. Extensive skills in martial arts are required for both characters.
