After announcing separation from Sugar Bear, the 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' star reportedly is now seeing a man who was convicted of molesting one of her relatives.

AceShowbiz - Honey Boo Boo a.k.a. Alana Thompson's mother Mama June reportedly is now seeing someone new after announcing split from Sugar Bear. TMZ, however, reports that Mama June's new boyfriend is a man who was convicted of molesting one of her relatives.
According to the report, Mama June was dating the man named Mark McDaniel when he was convicted of aggravated child molestation in 2004 for forcing an 8-year-old child to perform oral sex. McDaniel, who served in prison for 10 years, was released in March. Following his release, the "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" star reportedly started seeing him again.
She allegedly also bought various gifts for him. A photo posted by the site which apparently was taken in June shows Mama June cozying up to McDaniel in a hotel room where they and other guests were hanging out.
A representative for TLC has responded to the story. "TLC is not currently in production on HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO. We are very concerned about this new information and are reassessing the future of the series," the official said.
"Mama" June Shannon and Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson announced their separation on September 19. "Sugar Bear and I have decided to take some time apart to figure out some things in our relationship. We are taking things day by day but regardless of what happens the girls will always be our #1 priority. We want to thank ya'll for your support," they said.
