Police sources say Geneva was arrested after cracking a vodka bottle over her co-star's head while filming a scene of the Bravo series on Tuesday night.

AceShowbiz - Bravo star Geneva S. Thomas got arrested on Tuesday night, October 21 after she hit Melyssa Ford on the head, police sources confirmed on Wednesday. Melyssa's representative tells TMZ that she "had to get 3 staples to close the wound on her head and also cut her feet on the broken glass."
According to law enforcement sources, the two reality stars were in the midst of filming a scene for "Blood, Sweat and Heels" on a boat. Geneva then got into an argument with Melyssa and she cracked a vodka bottle over Melyssa's head. A source tells Page Six, "Geneva has always had a vendetta against Melyssa. It was a mess, I'm glad it wasn't worse!"
According to the site, Geneva was charged with felony assault and is expected to be arraigned on Wednesday.
Geneva also had a run-in with law last month. At that time, she was arrested for not paying her $18 cab fare. She is scheduled to appear in court in January.
