AceShowbiz - Christopher Walken channels his inner pirate in a new picture that gives a sneak peek at the upcoming "Peter Pan Live". Wearing a red garb with Captain Hook's infamous metal hand, he is wielding a sword and glaring dagger at the camera.
The first look at the famous villain is shared on Twitter by Neil Meron, one of the producers of the NBC production. "Wow!!!" he captions the picture which shows Allison Williams' Peter Pan standing next to Hook and holding a dagger.
"Peter Pan Live" will premiere December 4 on NBC. "Smash" alum Christian Borle plays two roles, Captain Hook's right-hand man Smee and the Darling kids' father, Mr. Darling. Walken, a stage veteran, said the musical would give him "a chance to put on my tap shoes again."
